Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to offer a replacement or store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

To report an issue, email us at customer-support@pretty-driven.com with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description and photos of the issue

Note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Claims for these must be made directly with the shipping provider.
